Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations in the United States.

You will combine tax expertise with customer service to prepare returns, advise on deductions, and support clients in a friendly retail setting. The role emphasizes local outreach, building a client base, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while leveraging Intuit marketing and product resources.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with tax prep experience.
• Must have PTIN to file taxes.
• Ability to work on-site at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• 3+ years of filing 30+ federal/state returns per season with professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work front-facing retail.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a community ambassador and face of TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete returns for customers.
• Assist with tax planning and deductions optimization.
• Grow client base through local outreach and referrals.
• Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term relationships.
