Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers in person, while building a local client base and long-term relationships.

The role emphasizes community engagement, customer education, and growth of local TurboTax presence, with a focus on delivering outstanding service in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license; prepares taxes with knowledge of tax law.
• PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Must hold or be able to obtain state licenses, certificates, or bonds.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Must be onsite 20+ hours per week; weekends may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service tax return preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Grow TurboTax client base in local community and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain tax concepts in plain language.
• Assist with marketing efforts and local events to expand presence.
