Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will serve as a trusted advisor, providing full service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support to customers.

You’ll grow the local client base, build lasting relationships, and participate in community outreach with marketing support. The role is non-exempt and requires on-site presence; you’ll wear a TurboTax uniform and assist customers at peak

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license as an enrolled agent (EA), certified public accountant (CPA), or attorney.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full tax return preparation for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions and tax reviews to maximize deductions and refunds and provide future planning.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build long-term client relationships through in-person service.
