Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Retail Expert team, working on-site at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations across the United States. You will perform in-person tax return preparation, provide tax advice, and help grow the local TurboTax client base within the community.

This non-exempt, on-site role supports customers through the tax process, leveraging marketing and software tools.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Must reside in the United States and be able to work onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Be the proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally and represent the brand in the community.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation for TurboTax customers across personal and business needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences to build trust and long-term relationships.

Skills

Tax license (EA/CPA/attorney)

Tax preparation experience

PTIN holder
