Intuit is seeking TurboTax - Retail Experts to service customers at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States. This on-site role combines tax expertise with community engagement to help clients navigate their tax needs and grow the local TurboTax business.

As a trusted advisor, you will prepare taxes, offer guidance, and build long‑term relationships while delivering a best‑in‑class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience.
• Must hold a PTIN to file taxes.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week.
• Experience with tax advisory services beyond tax filing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactively represent TurboTax in the local community and develop client leads.
• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for customers.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships.
