Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location in the United States, providing in-person tax assistance and guidance to customers. You will perform full tax return preparation, offer tax advice, build local relationships, and help grow Intuit’s community presence.

This non-exempt, on-site role includes benefits, a uniform, and opportunities to advance within the TurboTax network.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license required.
• Must have PTIN for filing taxes.
• Onsite at TurboTax retail/flagship location, 20+ hours per week.
• Willing to wear TurboTax uniform and work in a front-facing retail environment.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory and community outreach is a plus.
• Ability to build local and online presence for TurboTax.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax return preparation.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster long-term client relationships.
