Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at local TurboTax locations across the United States, helping customers with in‑person tax preparation and advice. You will build community relationships, grow the client base, and provide accurate tax solutions using TurboTax software.

The role emphasizes hands‑on tax preparation, client education, and a friendly, professional experience. Requires tax credentials, PTIN, and willingness to work in a retail setting.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Must possess or be able to obtain related State licenses, certificates, permits, or bonds.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador for TurboTax locally, engaging with prospects and building long‑term client relationships.
• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete tax return preparation, including complex scenarios.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in‑person and via Intuit tools, guiding clients through tax planning and software use.
