Intuit is hiring TurboTax Retail Experts to help customers with in-person tax preparation at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You will perform tax returns, provide tax guidance, and leverage marketing tools to grow the local client base.

The role requires on-site presence, strong tax knowledge, and the ability to connect with customers to build long-term relationships while representing TurboTax in the community.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license with strong tax preparation experience preferred.
• PTIN required to file taxes.
• Must possess or obtain state licenses/certificates/bonds.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state tax returns per season using professional software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Comfortable onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, Sunday–Saturday.
• Willing to wear a TurboTax uniform and work in front-facing retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Be a proactive community ambassador representing TurboTax locally.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for customers.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and build long-term relationships.
