You will provide in-person tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while growing the client base in your local community. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA, or attorney license preferred.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax location; 20 hours/week minimum.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax return preparation experience using professional software.

Responsibilities

• Be the local TurboTax ambassador, engaging with the community and potential clients.
• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.

Skills

EA/CPA/Attorney license

PTIN required

Onsite 20 hrs/wk

Tax filing experience

Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
