Job summary

Intuit Inc. seeks proactive TurboTax Retail Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location. You’ll prepare taxes, advise clients, and grow the local client base while delivering a best-in-class experience.

This is a front-facing, non-exempt role requiring ongoing customer interactions and strong tax knowledge. You’ll join a team of financial professionals, leveraging TurboTax resources to help customers maximize refunds and plan for future years.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA/CPA or attorney license required.
• Must have or be able to obtain PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and state licenses/certificates.
• Onsite availability at a TurboTax location 20+ hours/week; weekends may be required.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus; strong community presence encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and tax advice for TurboTax customers.
• Conduct discovery sessions to uncover deductions and plan future taxes.
• Deliver clear, personalized tax solutions using tax software and tools.
• Grow client base locally through outreach and community engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer experiences in a front-facing retail setting.
