Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Retail Experts to assist customers in-person at a TurboTax Retail or Flagship location across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support while building a local client base and advising on future tax planning.

Ideal candidates are licensed tax professionals with PTIN and strong knowledge of tax law. This role requires on-site presence, weekend hours, and a commitment to community engagement and

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted EA, CPA or attorney license preferred with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• State licenses/certificates may be required or obtainable.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax preparation with 30+ returns per season using pro software.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person tax return preparation and advice at TurboTax Retail or Flagship locations.
• Engage customers, grow local client base, and build long-term relationships.
• Deliver excellent customer experience and support during tax seasons and beyond.
