Job summary

Five Below in Harrisburg is seeking a Recruiter to drive the full lifecycle of hiring with a focus on candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers.

You will attract top talent, proactively source candidates, and manage offers while using Workday and MS Office to maintain strong pipeline analytics and timely communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum of 2 years recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Retail industry experience preferred.
• Ability to be agile, flexible and thrive in a fast paced, high growth, competitive environment with an eye towards efficiencies in process.
• Must project a strong business presence and can instill confidence in clients and deliver results.
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience.
• Well-developed interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to partner and build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Aptitude for working with highly confidential and sensitive information.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Experience with Workday preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
