Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For firearms-selling facilities, completion of CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates must complete job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, identifying goals and objectives.
• Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training, mentoring, assigning duties, and recognizing performance.
