Job summary

Citi Trends, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Representative to lead the full recruitment cycle for our retail workforce. You will partner with hiring managers, craft compelling job postings, screen candidates, and manage offers and onboarding to build a high-performing team.

You will handle ATS workflows, interview coordination, and recruitment analytics while traveling up to 40% to support multi-location needs. A relevant degree and 2–4 years’ TA experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration, or related field required.
• 2–4 years of talent acquisition or recruitment experience.
• Experience with recruitment software and ATS.
• HR certification is advantageous but not required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment.
• Willingness to travel up to 40%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and post engaging job advertisements across platforms.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate interviews and provide feedback to hiring teams.
• Manage candidate communications, offers, negotiations, and onboarding.
• Utilize ATS to maintain accurate candidate records.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates including passive talent.
• Monitor recruitment metrics to improve the hiring process.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
