Job summary

Enterprise Bank & Trust is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own the recruitment process for Retail roles, from sourcing candidates to offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience aligned with our long-term goals. You will build relationships with hiring managers, develop inclusive recruiting strategies, and represent our employer brand at events and in online channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or related field required.
• Minimum two years in talent acquisition or related recruiting.
• Experience recruiting hourly positions a plus.
• Proficient with Boolean search, Indeed and LinkedIn.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and engages with potential candidates through multiple channels (job boards, social media, networks, events).
• Develops recruitment strategies to attract diverse, qualified candidates.
• Attends job fairs and events to promote employer brand and build relationships with schools.
• Reviews applications and conducts interviews to assess qualifications.
• Makes offers and ensures a smooth start date and onboarding.
• Maintains accurate candidate records and complies with hiring laws.
