DSI is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to provide hands-on, frontline support for AT&T customers in national retail locations. You will handle billing and service inquiries, troubleshoot devices, and ensure a smooth customer experience on busy sales floors.

The role requires strong communication, composure under pressure, and the ability to navigate multiple systems while delivering accurate documentation and exceptional service. Training is provided to support growth within the team.
