Job summary

DSI Systems, Inc. is seeking a Retail Support Specialist to deliver frontline support to AT&T customers inside national retail locations. You will handle billing, account updates, device issues, and service concerns, while troubleshooting wireless devices and network problems on the sales floor.

You will also serve as the AT&T expert for retail partners, engaging store leadership to ensure a best-in-class customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

• Troubleshoot wireless devices, network issues, and feature functionality.
• Operate effectively in high-volume retail environments, maintaining focus and service quality.
• Act as the AT&T subject-matter expert for retail employees and third-party labor partners.
• Lead in-store support for retail escalations and engage with store leadership to address concerns.
