Job summary

Five Below is seeking a Support Lead for our Southside location in Jacksonville, FL. This part-time role involves supervising store associates, training crew on customer service, monitoring stock, and acting as Manager on Duty to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities include opening/closing the store, cash handling, and coordinating with the leadership team to drive sales while maintaining compliance with policies. Starting pay is $14.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• College experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 years of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wows customers with personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversee daily activities of store associates and ensure excellent customer service.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking and organizing stock for quick shelf placement.
• Act as Manager on Duty and handle store operations, staff, customer service and urgent issues.
• Open/close the store, secure cash, lock doors, set alarms, ensure smooth daily operations.
