Job summary

Five Below in Brandon, FL is seeking a Support Lead (Part Time) to oversee daily store operations and deliver WOW customer service. You’ll train crew on the BEST experience, supervise associates, and assist with receiving and stocking to keep merchandise ready on the floor.

As Manager on Duty when needed, you’ll open/close the store, manage cash and scheduling, and coordinate with the leadership team. Minimum 1 year of management experience and a high school diploma required; starting wage

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and remain composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Ensure crew provide WOW customer service at checkout.
• Oversee daily store activities and supervise associates.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for floor readiness.
• Act as Manager on Duty when needed, handling operations and staff.
• Open or close the store, secure cash, set alarms and maintain daily readiness.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training to improve performance.
• Drive store sales by optimizing merchandising and customer service.
