Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures all crew members wow the customer through personal contact.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience and fast, friendly checkout.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and ensures effective performance.
• Assists with receiving, unpacking, and organizing stock for quick placement on sales floor.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and manages store operations, staff, and urgent issues.
• Opens or closes the store, secures cash, and ensures smooth daily operations.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and customer service.
