Job summary

Bath & Body Works is seeking a focused Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager and drive exceptional customer experiences while developing a strong team. You’ll lead, coach and motivate associates, manage opening/closing routines, and ensure operational excellence to grow store performance.

The role emphasizes leadership, in-store selling, and consistent execution of plans to deliver results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, open to feedback, and adaptable.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience, vendor relationships, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpreting company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling behaviors and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs and making personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
