Job summary

Bath & Body Works in Florida is seeking a Store Supervisor who partners with the Store Manager to develop associates, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive growth across the brand. Our leaders are customer-focused ambassadors who model great selling and service.

You will lead onboarding, coaching, daily operations, and performance feedback, set daily goals, and ensure a safe, engaging store environment. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership and a passion for retail excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first based retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication skills, being open to feedback, and the ability to adapt quickly.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Must be available to work peak days and times, including varied shifts of evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Responsible for leadership tasks as delegated by the Store Manager including acting as Manager on Duty to address customer experience, vendor relationship, or maintenance issues.
• Partner with the Sales Leadership Team to support action plans that improve results and ensure effective execution of operational activities.
• Perform opening and closing routines including execution of bank deposits, receipt of shipment, and interpret/disseminate company directives.
• Set the direction and goals for the day/shift when associates arrive for work.
• Provide individual and team performance feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead exceptional in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Create genuine connections with customers through uncovering needs, sharing product information, demoing products, and making personalized recommendations.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates to improve selling and the customer experience.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, results, and accountability with all associates.
• All store positions require physical activity such as standing, walking, lifting.
