Bath & Body Works is seeking a dedicated Supervisor to partner with the Store Manager in developing outstanding associates and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, model selling behaviors, and drive results across daily operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail.
• Ability to coach and de-escalate customer situations.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty to address customer experience and store operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to improve results and execute plans.
• Lead opening/closing routines and banking duties.
• Set daily direction for the team and provide performance feedback.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver outstanding in-store experiences.
• Provide personalized product recommendations.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and service.
• Maintain safety standards and store cleanliness.
