Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to coach and develop diverse teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support the store team in achieving and exceeding sales goals and KPIs.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet engagement and productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory and processing shipments.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment.
• Protect inventory integrity through proper shipping, receiving, and loss prevention.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment encouraging creativity and collaboration.
