Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and KPI tracking.
• Model selling behaviors and foster consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations: opening/closing, floor coverage, task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations: organize inventory, process shipments, ensure product flow.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members; provide feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment alignment.
• Ensure inventory integrity through shipping/receiving and loss prevention.
• Participate in local community initiatives and events.
• Uphold policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
• Foster a positive, inclusive store environment.
