Qualifications

• Capable of standing, bending, and light to moderate lifting as part of daily tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the store leadership team and drive a best-in-class customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach associates, and develop a diverse team.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and product replenishment per brand directives.
• Oversee daily store operations, opening/closing, floor coverage, and delegation.
• Assist in stockroom operations, shipments, and inventory control.
• Promote safety, policies, and an inclusive, energetic store culture.
