Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience, preferably in a retail setting.
• Thrives in a customer-first retail environment.
• Ability to foster a customer-focused selling culture.
• Effective communication, feedback receptiveness, and adaptability.
• Ability to provide in-the-moment coaching to associates.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations effectively.
• Available to work peak days and varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays).

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and execute store initiatives.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, and stock handling.
• Set daily/shift goals and guide team performance.
• Provide feedback and recommendations to managers.
• Lead in-store customer experiences through selling and product knowledge.
• Make personalized recommendations to customers.
• Train, coach, reward, and motivate associates.
• Reinforce selling expectations, performance, and accountability.
• Maintain safety standards and store appearance.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
