Job summary

Timberland seeks a dedicated Supervisor to support the store leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

Partner with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and help the store succeed in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior leadership experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Maximize store profitability and maintain visual merchandising.
• Oversee opening/closing, floor coverage, stockroom, and shipments.
• Train and onboard new team members; provide ongoing feedback.
