SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of retail merchandisers across assigned territories. You’ll build relationships with store managers, coach staff, and ensure client standards are met in high-traffic locations.

This full-time role requires travel and a proven merchandising track record. With 2–4 years in merchandising and 1–2 years in leadership, you’ll guide in-store training, scheduling, and performance coaching while partnering with clients to drive

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of merchandising experience (CPG a plus).
• 1–2 years leading or supervising a team.
• Strong hiring, training and staff development skills.
• Experience presenting to store management and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Build your team by recruiting, training, and developing merchandisers.
• Set team up to win by tracking scorecards and coaching to standards.
• Collaborate with client reps for in-store training and development days.
• Assign merchandisers to stores and manage schedules.
• Complete recaps, audits, itineraries, timekeeping and expense reports.
• Foster strong relationships with store management and clients.
