Job summary

SAS Retail Services, Inc. is seeking a Full Time Retail Supervisor to lead a team of merchandising associates across the Jackson and Tupelo markets.

You will coach staff, manage store audits, and ensure products are stocked and displayed according to planograms, while building strong client relationships. We expect several years of retail experience with supervisory responsibility, excellent communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 4 years of retail experience, including 2 years supervising others.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• An Associate's degree is a plus, but not required if you have the experience.
• Comfort with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team. Coach associates, set clear expectations, and help them hit their goals.
• Make stores shine. Run store audits and ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematic.
• Build relationships with clients and store teams, and schedule work appointments.
• Partner with Business Development Managers, Brands, and Retail Managers to hit targets.
• Manage budget and expenses within the team budget.
• Maintain timely communication and administrative tasks to keep everyone informed.
