Columbia Sportswear Company in Tucson seeks a Retail Supervisor to lead a team and ensure outstanding store operations and customer experiences aligned with our mission of Connecting Active People with Their Passions.

You will oversee daily work of associates, provide training and coaching, manage inventory and POS activities, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with the Store Leadership Team to drive sales and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Experience operating a POS system and in-store computerized systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills for staff development.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day work of associate level staff.
• Provide direction and guidance, training, and coaching to associates to ensure efficient operations and proper store procedures.
• Supervise department of responsibility, overseeing profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Create and maintain store culture through teamwork and leading by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Maintain company standards and ensure adherence to procedures and quality standards.
