Job summary

Columbia Sportswear Company seeks a Retail Supervisor to join our Store Leadership Team in Tucson. You will guide diverse associates, ensure smooth operations, and reinforce stellar customer service across responsibilities.

Lead by example and uphold Columbia values as you drive store performance. You will optimize daily procedures, coach staff, and maintain standards while collaborating with leadership to meet business goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–5 years of retail supervisory experience or a similar role.
• Ability to operate POS and other in-store computerized systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff and customers.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day work of associate-level staff.
• Provide guidance, training, and coaching to ensure efficient store operations and customer experience.
• Supervise department profitability through receiving, replenishing, and processing.
• Foster store culture through teamwork and coaching; lead by example.
• Collaborate with store leadership on policies, procedures, and standards.
• Enforce company standards and resolve issues to ensure quality.
