Job summary

Vans is seeking a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and drive an exceptional customer experience. You will lead by example, coach associates, and ensure operational excellence across engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will help maximize store profitability, foster an inclusive team culture, and contribute to the store’s success in a fast-paced environment. Prior leadership in retail is preferred, with strong communication and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable using basic office software and retail software tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store associates to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Drive sales and profitability alongside the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Supervise daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Support inventory and stockroom operations to ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure product replenishment aligns with brand directives.
