Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in a customer service-oriented retail environment.
• Demonstrated ability to reason through complex issues.
• Strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to store operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high standards of customer experience within the Store.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPIs and profitability through planning and execution.
• Handle payroll control to maintain profitability while delivering service.
• Manage and communicate merchandise opportunities to Store/Assistant Store Manager.
• Process incoming/outgoing merchandise and ensure stock accuracy.
• Comply with Policies, procedures and store core competencies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy and compliant working/shopping environment.
