Job summary

SAS Retail is seeking a Full-Time Retail Supervisor in Omaha, NE to lead a team of retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute client projects. You will ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and aligned with schematics while maintaining strong client relationships and managing expenses.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in retail, including 2 in supervision, excellent communication, and the ability to juggle multiple duties under deadlines.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to accurately complete multiple duties with frequent changes and competing deadlines.
• Basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, complete all retail projects.
• Maintain Client objectives by ensuring product(s) are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics.
• Establish and maintain client relationships including work appointments.
• Consistently monitor and actively regulate expenses with regard to position and team budget standards.
• Accurate and timely communication, administrative, and coaching duties with direct reports.
