Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4 years of applicable retail experience with 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Direct and manage retail associates; conduct store audits and complete retail projects.
• Ensure products are stocked, signed, faced, and set to schematics per client objectives.
• Establish and maintain client relationships and schedule appointments.
• Monitor expenses to stay under budget and manage team costs.
• Provide accurate administration, reporting, and coaching to direct reports.
