Job summary

Bath & Body Works is hiring a Brand Experience Supervisor to partner with the Brand Experience Leader in developing outstanding associates and delivering consistent consumer experiences. You will lead the store team to drive growth, coach staff, and model selling behaviors rooted in our values.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to handle peak days, and a focus on safety and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, consumer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Experience in a supervisory role, preferably in retail.
• Ability to coach and develop associates in a high-volume store.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as leader on duty when scheduled to address consumer experience and maintenance issues.
• Partner with the Brand Experience leadership team to execute action plans and improve results.
• Execute opening/closing routines including bank deposits and shipment receipt.
• Set daily goals and provide performance feedback to leadership.
• Model selling behaviors and deliver exceptional in-store experiences.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to improve selling and consumer experience.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
