Qualifications

• Experience delivering sales, customer experience and operational results in fast-paced retail.
• Prior supervisory experience in a retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Act as Manager on Duty when scheduled to address customer experience and operations.
• Partner with Sales Leadership Team to support action plans and store goals.
• Perform opening and closing routines, including deposits, shipments, and communication of directives.
• Set daily shift direction and monitor performance and accountability.
• Lead in-store customer experiences with product knowledge and selling behaviors.
