You will lead a team, hire and coach talent, manage opening and closing routines, and model selling behaviors rooted in our values. The role requires coaching, communication, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering sales, customer experience, and operational results in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior supervisory experience in retail.
• Customer-first retail mindset.
• Ability to coach associates.
• Strong communication and adaptability.
• Ability to de-escalate store and customer situations.
• Availability for peak days and varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Attract, hire, develop, inspire, and retain top talent.
• Lead store operations as delegated by the Store Manager, including Manager on Duty duties.
• Partner with Sales Leadership to support action plans and drive results.
• Perform opening/closing routines, deposits, and translate company directives.
• Set daily direction for the shift and provide feedback to associates.
• Model selling behaviors and provide product knowledge to improve customer experiences.
• Train, coach, and motivate associates to elevate customer service and sales.
