Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a supervisor or lead in retail.
• Strong math, basic computer literacy, and reading skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screen required.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work rotating schedule including evenings/weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise departmental team members.
• Assist with recruiting, training, and onboarding.
• Provide coaching and recognition to staff.
• Schedule team according to labor needs.
• Manage inventory tracking and stock levels.
• Oversee cash register operations and cash handling.
• Respond to customer/donor questions and complaints.
• Support store promotions and merchandising displays.
• Uphold safety, OSHA guidelines, and loss prevention.
• Perform manager-on-duty duties in the absence of the store leadership.
