Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years' supervisory or lead experience in retail.
• Strong math and computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work rotating schedule.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise departmental team members.
• Recruit, train, and onboard staff.
• Provide coaching and recognition to team members.
• Schedule staff based on labor needs.
• Maintain inventory tracking and stock levels.
• Supervise cash register operations and cash control.
• Perform morning accounting and banking procedures.
• Ensure safe and high-quality customer and donor experience.
• Promote loss prevention and safe work environment.
• Support General Manager with promotions and programs.
