Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a retail management, logistics, or operations role.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in recruiting, hiring, and developing store team members.
• Provide coaching, performance evaluations, and development plans.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and training team members.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.
• Build relationships with customers and the local community to drive brand loyalty.
• Support sales targets by optimizing merchandising strategies and upselling opportunities.
• Oversee daily store operations including opening/closing and maintaining a clean, organized store.
• Manage inventory, product quality, and loss prevention to minimize shrinkage.
• Ensure accuracy in cash handling, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety regulations with regular audits.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Asset Protection on investigations.
• Support donation processing with efficient intake and donor engagement.
• Work with leadership to enhance store performance and donor/shopping environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
