Job summary

The North Face in Simpsonville, KY seeks a Supervisor to support the store's leadership team and deliver an in-class customer experience. You will lead by example, coach and develop associates, and ensure operational excellence across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards.

You will collaborate with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to maximize profitability, foster an inclusive culture, and contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Proven ability to drive results and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership and drive exceptional customer experience.
• Lead by example, coach associates, and ensure store standards.
• Monitor KPIs, help achieve sales goals and profitability.
• Supervise daily store operations, opening/closing, and floor coverage.
• Assist with stockroom, inventory, training, and onboarding.
