Job summary

Nike Factory Store H Street in Washington, DC is seeking a Retail Supervisor (Specialist) to lead a fast-paced team and guide customers in selecting the right Nike products. You’ll focus on delivering exceptional service, training teammates, and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience preferred
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs
• Use customer service authentically to ensure customers feel seen and understood in our stores
• Ability to learn and train on the latest products and technologies
• Physical requirements include the ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods
