Nike Queenstown Factory Store in Queenstown, MD is seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead a high‑volume, fast‑paced team and help customers make the best choices. You’ll work with your team to focus on customer service and get to the win the right way.

As a Nike Retail Supervisor, you will be the face of NIKE, motivating teammates, delivering service per Nike's standards, and helping customers feel seen and understood. Flexibility to work nights and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail or consumer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 (U.S.)
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays based on store needs

Responsibilities
