Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee the daily sales floor operations. You will drive customer service, ensure store standards, and help achieve sales targets while coaching the team and managing cashier functions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous thrift/retail or customer-facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day sales floor operations and customer service under guidance.
• Supervise and mentor retail team members, providing ongoing coaching.
• Ensure cashier operations run smoothly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager to implement sales strategies.
• Review reports and contribute to achieving performance targets.
• Maintain store standards and drive excellent customer experiences.
