Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift Store is seeking a Retail Supervisor to support the Retail Manager and oversee daily sales floor operations. You will lead the team, ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and help achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with customers.
• Basic computer skills including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail, thrift, warehouse, or customer-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of the sales floor under Retail Manager guidance.
• Supervise and mentor retail team members, providing coaching.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and handle inquiries promptly.
• Oversee inventory levels, merchandising, and pricing on the floor.
• Supervise cashier operations and cash handling procedures.
• Review key reports and contribute to performance metrics.
