Job summary

Red White and Blue Thrift Store is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily sales floor operations, enhance the customer experience, and drive store performance. You will lead a small team, coordinate schedules, and work with leadership to meet sales targets while maintaining high store standards.

You will train and mentor Retail Supervisors, ensuring they have the skills to supervise activities, manage performance, and achieve targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High level of computer proficiency: MS Office, Teams, Outlook, HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations and maintain a well-organized sales floor.
• Manage staffing and scheduling to align with business needs.
• Train and coach retail supervisors for high performance.
• Recruitment, onboarding, and promoting a supportive work environment.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and exceptional customer service across the store.
