Qualifications

• Proficiency in both English and Spanish is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office, Teams, and Outlook.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience is preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Operational oversight of daily sales floor activities, ensuring store standards and customer service excellence under Retail Manager guidance.
• Coach and develop retail team members to improve performance and morale.
• Ensure accurate cash handling and efficient cashier operations on the sales floor.
• Oversee inventory levels, merchandising, pricing and product presentation to meet customer demand.
• Collaborate with Retail Manager to implement sales strategies and achieve targets.
• Support onboarding and training for new team members and maintain a positive work environment.
