Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Retail Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead a dynamic team, and drive exceptional customer service on the sales floor. You will work closely with store leadership to maximize sales, maintain standards, and ensure efficient store performance.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and developing retail Supervisors to meet sales targets and store standards in a fast-paced thrift environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in thrift/retail, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English and Spanish recommended.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail operations on the sales floor.
• Manage the retail floor schedule to ensure coverage.
• Ensure backroom products are processed and displayed.
• Drive sales and profitability through optimized processes and customer experience.
• Monitor sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
